Carlos was very nice and the best host you could imagine. The Camper was just as expected and we had a beatiful trip down to the Algarve. There were no problems at all, the van was clean, well equipped and easy to drive. Carlos even picked us up at the local train station and gave us a ride to it after our trip. He was very conscientious with all the paper work, so we had no worries at all. overall we had a great time, everything was perfect! Thank you Carlos :) 

Nuno is a very friendly and uncomplicated person. He is nice and honest, does not insist on too much paperwork, but it was no problem to fill out everything needed. We felt very comfortable throughout the whole time, and we could Nuno always in case we would need something. 

En cuanto vimos el aviso y leímos el texto de Humberto supimos que el Joker era exactamente lo que buscábamos para recorrer Tenerife, pero la realidad superó el sueño y fue aún mucho mejor! De tal furgo, tal dueño: ambos impecables. No nos dejaron tiradas ni una sola vez, sino todo lo contrario! Humberto nos aconsejó y ayudó en todo desde el minuto cero y hasta el final, respondiendo mensajes y alegrándose de nuestras aventuras, sugiriéndonos lugares, dándonos mapas y todo lo que necesitábamos, para mencionar sólo algunos ejemplos. Se notó todo el tiempo su cariño por la furgo, los viajes y la naturaleza y eso era para nosotras también importante. El alquiler, el contacto, todo fue fácil, profesional y sin complicaciones. Con la furgo pudimos descubrir lugares que nunca hubiéramos imaginado, dormir mirando al mar, cocinar al pie de la montaña, tomarnos nuestro cafecito antes de una caminata por el bosque. En resumen, si están pensando en recorrer la isla bonita, les recomendamos esta furgo de todo corazón! Eva & Luciana, de Berlín 

Es hat uns an nichts gefehlt, auch der Vermieter war nett. Das Wohnmobil war wie beschrieben und auf den Bildern zu sehen im guten Zustand. Die Kommunikation war vor Ort auf Spanisch und deshalb bisschen schwieriger. Es war ein sehr schöner Urlaub!

Kevin and Lea were very friendly and nice tenants :)They rentet my Van Gustavo and came with their cute baby Alba.I would always rent them out my Van Gustavo again!

Not a good experience. We did plan a road trip to north portugal and spain and asked up front if there will be any additional costs for insurance. They told us that insurance is already included, so we booked the van. The van is really old, slow, noisey and needs definetely more than 6 liters (we were mainly going 85kmh on the highway), but was running okay. The van had a few problems (one breaklight not working, dash lights not working, gas stove not working properly, window wiping water not working). When dropping of the van, they told us that they knew about breaklights and dash not working, but did not have time to fix it. Nobody has told us about this when picking up the van though. It was really bad driving at night with no dash lights. Anyways, we received a surprise when they transfered 100€ less deposit back to our account. We did ask about this but we received no answer within a week and a half. We called Yescapa for help and they reached them by phone and they explained that the 100€ were for 5days of VIP insurance while driving in spain, even though they agreed upon booking that there wont be additional costs for insurance (I told them that we also want to drive to spain). Some mails were exchanged with them saying it was a misunderstanding on both sides, even though it was clearly a mistake of them. Furthermore they also would have a 60€ insurance option for driving in spain, but of course first we had to pay for the VIP insurance.. Additionally they lied about me agreeing on letting them know when crossing the border. No such things have ever been discussed before pick up. We thought we wont get anything back and Yescapa also couldnt help anymore (they cannot do much when the host is a rental agency, but they were always kind on the phone) we asked to get at least the 40€ (simple spain insurace) back, which were transfered back to us the next day. Decide for yourself.

We had a great time with the van and Alex was really helpful with everything. Only the roof had a tear in its cloth, which was a bit annoying with windy nights. But Alex told it just happened right before our vacation and he was going to fix it right afterwards. So I think we were just a little bit unlucky. Everything else was fine and we spent a great week with the van in the south of Portugal.

Wir hatten es mit einem sehr aufmerksamen und verlässlichen Vermieter zu tun, der sehr freundlich war. Absolut empfehlenswert!!!

Ana und Jose waren sehr nett, hilfsbereit und unkompliziert. Das Wohnmobil war wie vesprochen. Eine klare Empfehlung.

We had a very adventurous trip around Scotland with craighs van. Craigh and his family are really nice and polite and will help you in every possible way with your journey.

Javier has been the best host we could have imagined for our jorney with a motorhome in Spain. We had an incredible Time with his camper which totaly fulfilled all our expectations. We arrived at the airport of Madrid and took a direct train to Aravaca station where we met up. We had a very detailed introduction to all neccesary aspects of the RV and were supplied with all neccesary utilitys. Javier is a very relaxed person and was very helpful from the first moment on. Thank you for the awesome time that our Family was able to experince on our Roadtrip around Madrid!!!  

Perfect vacation, freedom and relaxing, will be coming back! Ignacio is very nice, helpful and answering fast.  The Van is very cool, clean and in a good state. Some minor things were not working (tank can be made only half ful, no stand heating), but did not bother me at all. The fridge and water and cooking plates were working, and the fridge motor is like a small heater (works with gas). Of course your driving slowly, but it was no problem to climb up to National Park El Teide (2200m), so the engine was also working smoothly.  I would come back and rent it another time!

Mustard is a really nice travelpartner. We've had an awesome time and a very save travel with David's Bulli. I is a cozy and cute car - the fairy spends lovely light and you can take a seat infront of the car, have a glass of wine and cook a nice camping dinner. David is really friendly and relaxed - thank you for entrusting us with Mustard :) Anytime again! Jenn and Jana

Everything went fine with the van. Antonio & Sofia are very helpful and kind and willling to answer every question. The van of course is not the newest or fastest, but there were no problems with it and it brought us safely to our various destinations. With one tankfull (100 €) you can go ca. 800 km. There is everything you need on board. The process of handing over and introducing the van also went well and in case of problems en route Antonio and Sofia are there for you...

Marco is the perfect hirer. He was very flexibel, wrote back very quickly, explained everything very well and he even brought us to the airport at the end of our trip. We would rent this van again, as it was perfect for our adventure. We went into the mountains and slept on parkings as well as on camping sites. The van had everything that we needed, was clean and small enough to drive on mountain roads as well as in the city and without worries about finding a parking place.   

Es hat alles wunderbar geklappt! Sehr netter,  freundlicher und hilfsbereiter Kontakt. Auch Wünsche nach Handtüchern und Kindersitz wurden erfüllt. Der Van ist mit sehr viel Liebe und vielen praktischen Details ausgestattet. Wir sind begeistert! Uneingeschränkte Weiterempfehlung!

Die beiden sind sehr, sehr korrekte und verantwortungsvolle Nutzer. Sie haben das Auto in bestem Zustand und perfekt gereinigt zurück gebracht. Solche Mieter wünscht man sich! Danke!
