Renting the car was uncomplicated! After a few exchanged messages in which we told him that we plan to go down to the Algarve and he asked us to avoid toll roads in order to go easy with the bus (About 80 km/h is its max. velocitiy, which was no problem at all!) he confirmed our booking!The handover itself was super easy as well. We went to the handover location by uber (about 30 Minutes from Downtown Lisbon). Will explained us how some features work and what we´ll have to pay attention to. After 20 minutes we were good to go!  He was always available for questions and very kind! Pure recommendation!

Wir hatten mit „Elisabeth“ ein grandioses Wochenende - super gut geschlafen und definitiv das Highlight für die auf dem Campingplatz anwesenden kleinen Jungs gewesen:-) Der Wagen ist liebevoll ausgebaut und hat alles, was man braucht. Mit Joshua war alles bestens, super nett und unkompliziert. Wir werden hoffentlich wieder mit dem Krankenwagen rumfahren, es war tiptop!

100 % zuverlässig, es ist alles so gelaufen, wie wir es vorher vereinbart hatten, der Vermieter war auch im Vorfeld immer erreichbar und sehr hilfsbereit! Auch ist es sehr positiv, dass das Fahrzeug mit allem nötigen Küchenaquipment ausgestattet ist und man nicht noch extra alles kaufen oder zusätzlich mieten muss! Fazit: 5 Sterne

- very good, easy and fast communication- very friendly, helpful (giving hints and tips) and open minded- also offer an airbnb room at which we stayed, very recommendable as they offered to spend their time with us to show as around Faro- very flexible- good equipped van- only thing that the bed is smaller than written in the description (a bit too small for a 1,85 m person)- Van is officially declared as a car (not a camper), which gives you more parking options THANKS for the amazing opportunity to explore the Algarve with TÉ (Name of the Van)

Alles bestens, gerne wieder!

Ancieto ist super nett. Leider ist das Auto ziemlich alt und fällt teilweise auseinander (Handschuhfach, der Hebel um die Sitze zu verstellen, etc.). Auch die Batterie hat gegen Ende des 7 tägigen Trips kaum noch gereicht um den Motor zu starten. Geschirr/Besteck war hauptsächlich aus Einmalplastik, ein scharfes Messer hat definitiv gefehlt und der Topf/die Pfanne waren zu klein um für zwei Personen zu kochen (ein Mal haben wir versucht Nudeln zu kochen.. dann sind wir doch wieder essen gegangen). Obwohl wir erprobte Camper sind, fanden wir es auch nicht besonders bequem, es liegt eine recht dünne Matratze direkt auf dem provisorischen Holzbrett. Würde das Auto nicht weiter empfehlen, Ancieto gibt sich trotzdem alle Mühe und ist leicht erreichbar!

This was my first experience of renting a caravan. It was me a pleasure to meet Nuno and Dora, they are nice and friendly people and Nuno had a lot of patience to explain me everything about the caravan: gas, water, toilet, fridge, different locks and tricky features. He also had a detailed manual to it. The camper itself is already older, but inside its clean like new and I found it amazingly charming. I have to point out the super comfortable white leather seats, making you feel like a captain while driving. Besides its equipped with everything needed for cooking, bedclothes, towels etc. My wife and me had a really good time with it. Special thanks again for taking care and helping out whenever we needed!

Es war rundum ein gelungenes und wunderschönes Wochenende mit diesem tollen, sehr gepflegtem Wohnmobil. Alles da, was man braucht. Die Einweisung von Silvia war sehr herzlich und umfangreich, so dass wir mit einem guten Gefühl starten konnten. Auch die Abgabe bei Marco sehr unkompliziert und angenehm. Kaution trotz "kleinem Mißgeschick" ohne Probleme zurückerhalten. Wirklich ein sehr empfehlenswertes WoMo mit sehr lieben Vermietern.

Alles total unkompliziert. Andreas ist ein super Vermieter. Sehr nett und freundlich. Klare Empfehlung!

Javi and Miguel are very nice and helpful firemen. They built a very comfortable and functunally equiped van. Their explanation of their van was very clear, so we didn´t have to answer them for some help.

Everything was good, we enjoyed our vacation!

Liebe Familie Kress,   nochmals vielen Dank für die Möglichkeit der Vorabbesichtigung. Das Wohnmobil hat uns sehr zugesagt und gefallen. Im Wohnmobil war alles dabei (Tisch, Stühle, Gas, Navi, Geschirr und weiteres). Wir mussten nur unsere persönlichen Dinge einräumen und konnten starten. Besser hätten wir es nicht treffen können. Das Wohnmobil ist jung und sehr sauber. Nochmals vielen Dank für einen gelungenen Camperurlaub. Viele Grüße von den Nadolnys. 

Die Vermietung ist sehr gut verlaufen, alles ohne Probleme, jederzeit gerne wieder! 

When we got in contact with Antonio, he was very friendly and provided us with all information needed and we could do the reservation very quickly. When we met to pick up the caravan he explained everything very well to us, we checked everything and he also has a helpful manual for the different systems (gas / water / toilet), which was good to remember later for a caravan-noob. The caravan itself is pretty clean, well equipped and has a nice size with its 7m length. We never missed anything for cooking and I especially liked the suprise of a baking oven inside. Helpful technical extras were the water usage display and the 220V converter. Whenever a technical question came up, Antonio was easy to contact and help out. Driving the caravan on open roads at the algarve was super easy, the motor is strong and also took us up in the mountains with decent speed and the gearing works flawless. Just be aware of narrow roads in tiny mountain villages and historic districts with campers and better park outside. In total we had an amazing carefree happy time at the algarve with this camper.

Der Ablauf über Yescapa war super. Ruckzuck mit dem Handy und App Mietvertrag und Übergabeprotokoll gemacht.     Anne ist eine sehr freundliche und zuverlässige Mieterin.  Der Camper wurde unversehrt wieder pünktlich zurück gebracht. Jederzeit gerne wieder. 

Everything was perfect. Starting from the hand over to the whole experience. The van was amazing and perfectly equipped (from the kitchen stuff to torches and beach towels, etc) - even with internet and TV with loads of international channels. It was such a pleasure to travel in this luxurious motor home. Carlos helped us all the way through until the end.
