Caroline und Benoît sind sehr hilfsbereit, flexibel und sehr nett. Es hat alles wunderbar funktioniert. Wir können es nur empfehlen mit ihrem Caddy auf Reisen zu gehen. Es ist alles vorhanden was man braucht und der Ausbau ist sehr praktisch und schön gestaltet.

Wir waren mit dem Camper drei Wochen lang unterwegs. An die Größe des Fahrzeugs gewöhnt man sich schnell. Die Vermietung verlief super, auch bei Rückfragen war der Vermieter immer erreichbar. Wir waren rund um sehr zufrieden und können nur weiter empfehlen.

Perfekt Communication and the car is just a dream!!! Highly recommended!

  Wir haben das erste Mal einen Van über yescapa gemietet. Clare war stets sehr freundlich und hat immer sehr schnell geantwortet. Die Übergabe des Fahrzeugs hat problemlos funktioniert. Wir hatten eine schöne Zeit in Schottland. Leider bekamen wir einen Steinschlag ab und es entstand an der Frontscheibe ein Schaden. Die Koordination mit Clare und yescapa hat bestens funktioniert. Ich möchte mich bei Clare nochmals bedanken und kann sie uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen.

Great experience with the van and with Francisco. The van has everything you need and provides a lot of space. It is clean and everything works just fine. Francisco is one of the nicest persons I have met. He helped us whenever he could in every situation.  

Just taking the time to write this in order to help others not having such a bad experience we had: - It took only 4 weeks until they paid back our deposit, after writing many emails to yescapa. Big pain if you basically just want to have a nice holiday. - They contacted us after getting our confirmation that the car had no damage with a picture showing a big scratch. Fortunately I took a video before and could prove that this scratch was there before - Nobody really spoke English, hard to communicate via Google translator as a Camper is a complex matter. One misunderstanding resulted from this. When picking up the car we asked twice if we have to clean the car. They said no, but sure if they understood what we asked. So we did not clean the car, thought that we would have to pay the 95 EUR as stated in the General Terms. Finally they brought it to a commercial cleaning company. It ended up to sum up to 255 EUR. - The camper had different misfunctionalities, e.g. the main door on the side did not properly work, so the car continuously signaled, that the car would not be closed. - Unfortunately there was not a parking space at the garage (we asked before and they said there would be one), so we parked our car next to a supermarket and were very happy when it was still there coming back What we liked was the Camper model itself and the overall camping experience and Corse is a great island.

We had a great tour with Felipe’s Bus. It is fully equipped with all camping gods, a rooftop, showers for outside and a SUP. The bus is clean and lovely organized. Also the contact with Felipe was smooth and easy, he is totally nice and helped us with everything. Felipe  also gave us good tips for the tour. We can highly recommend booking Felipe’s bus! 

We had such a good time in the van we rented (Panchita). Communication was so easy and quick and we knew, we could immediately turn to Zeben if there would have been any inconvenience or problem.We were happy to meet such nice people and travel Tenerife in a van. For us it was the perfect way to explore the island. Also the van was so beautifully built, with so much love for detail. It really felt like home to us. Would definitely recommend!

Danke Ruben ... es war perfekt! Ruben hat uns vom Flughafen abgeholt und am Ende unserer Anmietung auch wieder zum Flughafen gebracht. Alle Verabredungen haben pünktlich und sehr zuverlässig funktioniert. Der Camper v. Ruben ist zwar nicht der jüngste erfüllt allerdings seinen Zweck viel besser als man denken mag. Besonders vorteilhaft ist, dass sein Camper sehr unauffällig ist und man deshalb nicht gleich als "Wohnmobil" wahrgenommen wird, wenn man mal an einem Ort übernachtet, wo das Campen nicht gerne gesehen oder nicht so wirklich erlaubt, sondern bestenfalls geduldet ist.  Alles in Allem hat das mit Ruben und seinem Camper reibungslos und perfekt sowie zudem auch in allen Bereichen zuverlässig geklappt. Auch die Kaution war dann schnell wieder zurück gezahlt.  Also 5 von 5 Sternen ..: zu Recht.    Lieben Dank 🥰

We had a really good time in Bruno’s van, everything went well. Bruno is really kind and nice, he was always available and helpful for any questions we had. Just be aware that the car is quite old and so it might be a bit different with driving :)

Ein großes Dankeschön an den Vermieter. Top Auto, toller Service und mega freundlich. Ich kann Van Base nur empfehlen und ich werde garantiert meine nächste Wohnmobilreise wieder mit diesem Vermieter machen. 

Super ausgestatteter Camper der keinen Wunsch offen lässt. Wir haben es geliebt mit ihm zu reisen. Die Vermieter sind herzlich und hilfsbereit. Definitiv empfehlenswert! Danke für alles! 

We rented Raúl's van for 10 days. Everything was perfect , the van was very clean and ready to go when we picked it up. Raúl gave us a lot of tips about places to go. We had a great time in the van exploring the north of Spain! Totally recommend to rent it! 

We had a very nice experience with this van. Its in a very good shape and everything worked perfectly. The owners are really nice people and I can recommend it 100%.
