Nuno und Sofia haben uns unglaublich herzlich empfangen und standen uns jederzeit mit ihrer Hilfe & Tipps für Portugal zur Verfügung!  Der Van war nicht nur sauber und optimimal ausgestattet wie beschrieben, sondern war uns zwei Wochen lang ein liebevolles zu Hause, denn Van-Life is a simple life. So wurde unser 1. Portugal-Tripp im Van ein richtiges Erlebnis - wir kommen gerne zurück! Danke euch beiden für so eine tolle Erfahrung :) Liebe Grüße Alex & Selina

I do not have anything to complain about. All worked out perfectly with Louis and Gabriel who took care of the car. The contact was also very nice and quick with also very good infos which were good to know. The car is very cosy and equipped with the things one need for some days of in the nature. I was the first one who rented it so I think many more to come 😀 Thanks again for the opportunity and see you again one day!

Our 2 week trip was great! Rodolfo was super nice, communication was great, he helped directly with questions about the car. The van is uncomplicated, perfectly equipped, very comfortable and completely self-sufficient. 6 out of 5 stars!

Die Vermietung von Ulrichs Camper funktionierte einwandfrei. Er war immer erreichbar und stand uns mit Rat und Tat zur Seite. Vorort hat ebenfalls alles gut funktioniert, auch wenn er nicht persönlich auf der Insel war. Der Camper hat uns richtig gut gefallen! Es ist alles sehr durchdacht ausgebaut. Vor allem waren wir vom Solarsystem begeistert. Wir hatten einen super tollen Urlaub auf Sardinien und werden Ulrich und seine Bullis auf jedenfall weiterempfehlen!

Ein wirklich sehr guter Vermieter und ein sehr gut ausgestattes Wohnmobil. Fahrzeugübernahme und Rückgabe verliefen sachlich und unbürokratisch. Der Vermieter war auch über den Mietzeitraum sehr gut telefonisch erreichbar, ich fühlte mich sehr gut beraten. Nochmals vielen Dank für den gelungenen Urlaub mit dem Wohnmobil! Thomas

Rafaele and his girlfriend spend a few days in our Van. They were really nice, we had a super communication. They cooperated on every issue and they were always on time. The Van was really clean at the returning which we really appreciate! Everyone is lucky having them as renter. They are always welcome to come back to Fuerteventura in our Van!

Mit dem Vermieter alles super toll. 

Positive was the overall pleasant and fast communication with the van owner. In Sardinia a caretaker took over the booking. Even after asking in front we actually never saw a signed document stating that the owner authorized the caretaker to sign the rental contract on his behalf. One rear red stop light did not function during the initial check and we asked to have it repaired. The caretaker did not manage to provide meaningful help and said to “have a little faith” We cared and had it repaired in a newby shop.  Positiva è stata la comunicazione piacevole e veloce con il proprietario del furgone. In Sardegna un custode si è occupato della prenotazione. Anche dopo aver chiesto in anticipo, non abbiamo mai visto un documento firmato che attestasse che il proprietario aveva autorizzato il custode a firmare il contratto di noleggio a suo nome. Una luce rossa di stop posteriore non funzionava durante il controllo iniziale e abbiamo chiesto di farla riparare. Il custode non è riuscito a fornire un aiuto significativo e ci ha detto di "avere un po' di fiducia".réponse du O: Ci dispiace di aver ricevuto una recensione negativa, noi facciamo sempre il possibile per accontentare e rendere il viaggio il più confortevole possibile (per es. pick up in aeroporto). Per quanto riguarda la delega avevamo già informato Yescapa e non c'era alcuna problematica nel gestire la prenotazione da una figura di fiducia autorizzata. Essendo un mezzo, come scritto in descrizione un po' datato può sempre succedere un imprevisto all'ultim'ora come la lucetta, ci dispiace non sia stata affrontata con lo spirito giusto che un avventura in camper spesso richiede. Alla prossima Robert & Freddy ** FR --> Nous regrettons d'avoir reçu un avis négative, nous faisons toujours de notre mieux pour plaire et rendre le voyage aussi confortable que possible (par exemple, prise en charge à l'aéroport). Concernant la délégation, nous avions déjà prévenu Yescapa et il n'y a eu aucun problème pour gérer la réservation auprès d'une personnalité de confiance autorisée. Étant un véhicule, comme écrit dans la description, un peu datée, un événement inattendu peut toujours arriver à la dernière minute comme la petite lumière, nous sommes désolés qu'il n'ait pas été affronté avec le bon esprit qu'une aventure en camping-car nécessite souvent. Sehr angenehmer, freundlicher und zuverlässiger Mieter. Alles hat wie abgesprochen funktioniert, es gab keinerlei Beanstandungen und es war eine Freude den Mieter kennenzulernen. Trotz langer Mietdauer wurde das Fahrzeug in einwandfreiem Zustand zurück gegeben.

Sylvain et sa femme ont été très respectueux et aimables. Ils ont rendu le véhicule en parfait état. Ils n'étaient même pas au courant de son voyage puisqu'il s'agissait d'un cadeau de son fils.

Wir hatten eine tolle Zeit mit Marcos Van und können ihn sehr empfehlen! Der Van ist komplett ausgestattet mit hochwertigen Kochutensilien, Handtüchern, Bettwäsche und auch warmen Decken, sodass es uns an nichts gefehlt hat. Außerdem ist er liebevoll eingerichtet und wir haben uns sofort wohl gefühlt. Marco war super hilfsbereit, hat uns viele Tipps für das Vanleben mitgegeben und war immer erreichbar und entgegenkommend bei Fragen oder Schwierigkeiten. 

Alles hat super funktioniert. Joachim hat schnell geantwortet und war super hilfsbereit in allen Belangen! Wir haben uns 2 Wochen sehr wohl und sicher gefühlt mit dem Bus. Alban, der sich um die Übergabe/Rückgabe vor Ort gekümmert hat, war sehr zuverlässig und äußerst hilfsbereit. Jederzeit gerne wieder! ☺️

Wir hatten eine tolle Zeit mit Claire und Lees Camper Van. Die Vermietung lief trotz der sehr spontanen Anfrage reibungslos und unkompliziert. Die Kommunikation mit Claire und Lee war hervorragend. Sie waren sowohl bei der Abholung als auch bei der Rückgabe pünktlich und haben uns das Fahrzeug ausführlich erklärt. Rückfragen wurden jederzeit hilfreich beantwortet. Das Fahrzeug war in einem sehr modernen und sauberen Zustand. Wir haben uns jederzeit sehr wohl gefühlt und sehr gut geschlafen. Außerdem ist das Fahrzeug gut ausgestattet. Ein paar kleinere Kritikpunkte sind Probleme mit leicht undichter Frischwasserzufuhr (Lee war sofort bereit vorbei zu kommen und den Schaden zu beheben), der Kühlschrank konnte aufgrund des hohen Strombedarfs nicht dauerhaft eingeschaltet bleiben. Beides wird jedoch laut Lee demnächst ausgetauscht, sollte also kein Problem darstellen. Das Kochen ist aufgrund der geringen Höhe lediglich in leicht gebückter Haltung möglich und daher manchmal ziemlich anstrengend. Alles Probleme mit denen wir uns arrangieren konnten und nichts was unseren Aufenthalt weniger perfekt gemacht hat. Alles in allem können wir das Fahrzeug nur empfehlen! Vielen Dank! EN We had a great time with Claire and Lee's camper van. The rental went smoothly and uncomplicated despite the very spontaneous request. The communication with Claire and Lee was excellent. They were punctual both at pickup and return and explained the vehicle to us in detail. Any queries were answered helpfully at all times. The vehicle was in a very modern and clean condition. We felt very comfortable at all times and slept very well. In addition, the vehicle is well equipped. A few minor criticisms are problems with slightly leaking fresh water supply (Lee was immediately ready to come over and fix the damage), the refrigerator could not be left on permanently due to the high power requirements. However, both will be replaced soon according to Lee, so should not be a problem. Cooking is only possible in a slightly stooped position due to the low height and therefore sometimes quite exhausting. All problems with which we could arrange and nothing that made our stay less perfect. All in all, we can only recommend the vehicle! Thank you very much!

We had an amazing time in the camper and would always book again with Ricardo. Very friendly staff and a well equipped car!

Alles verlief sehr unkompliziert, ehrlich und zuverlässig.  Übergabe, sowie Rückgabe. Hat mich gefreut, Herrn Schmitt das Mobil zu vermieten - jederzeit gerne wieder!

Das Wohnmobil von Christian und seiner Familie war für uns ein Glückstreffer. Für zwei Erwachsene und zwei Kinder ein ideales Urlaubsgefährt. Vor und während unseres Urlaubs konnten wir unsere Fragen jederzeit stellen. Auf kleinere Probleme hatten wir sofort eine Rückmeldung. Der Kontakt war immer sehr freundschaftlich und nett. Sehr zu empfehlen und gerne wieder.
