Wir hatten eine wunderschöne Woche mit dem Camper von Isabel. Auch für uns als absolute Camping-Neulinge war es mit dem Top ausgestatteten Renault ein leichtes, sich zurecht zu finden. Wlan, Warmwasser, Gas-Kochstelle, Dusche, Trockentoilette, angenehmes Fahrgefühl mit dem doch sehr langem Fahrzeug. Bequemes Bett usw. Man sieht, dass Sie es mit Liebe selbst gemacht hat, mit ein paar Macken, die den Camper liebenswert machen. Volle Empfehlung!!

Hat alles Super geklappt, gern wieder sehr zu empfehlen!

I have to be honest and say I can't understand all the reviews. We have already rented a motorhome six times but we have never had problems as big as this one!! I absolutely can't recommend the lessor. Firstly, the pricing policy! For every additional kilometre he charges 10 euros, which is 1000 euros per hundred kilometers. Yascape recommends 0.25 euros!! That's almost theft! The condition of the mobile home was bad and dangerous. We were scammed by the provider! There were several security flaws: The tires: the contract said they were 1 year old, the pressure was OK. They were 10 YEARS OLD, pressure 3 bar instead of 5.5 bar. They were in poor condition! The alarm on the outside stairs was broken. Both front indicators were smashed, the upper taillights at the backside were missing. Then the car was poorly equipped and a lot of things didn't work. The television was broken, half of the shower wall was missing, and the USB socket for the navigation system in the cab didn't work. The heating in the bathroom didn't work and that in winter at 4 degrees Celsius!! The kitchen equipment was catastrophic, a single glass for 4 people, no cups, 1 pan with a diameter of 10 centimeters for 4 people. The cable to provide power to the motorhome was missing. On the last day the gas connection broke and we no longer had any heating.   The lessor only collects money but no longer repairs the motorhome! There are much better providers for the price! ***************************************************************************   Comment Owner: First let us tell you that you also was not a nice guest since before your trip started. You complained about little details you didnt read and that was clearly mentioned on the page. Before your trip started you was already saying: " i will let you a public opinion !".We also informed yescapa about a disconfortable situation with your reservation even before start...- During your trip you was also not friendly. Never. Everyday we received complains and we offered to you other motorhomes if you wanted to change in our park with our team assisting you, that you always DECLINED, also when yescapa called you you declined and wanted to keep a motorhome that you complaining even before the arrival day...- We signed a contract where you checked all conditions of the motorhome and you never complained during our check in moment. Only before trip started and during the trip.We helped with everything was needed and also yescapa, by phone, emails, messages. And you always declined our help based on your complains.We also bought and offered to you for free 2 seats for the kids, with no extra.We also gave you extra kms, with not even a thank you.We went to give you extra kitchen utensils needed. We also allowed you to buy whatever you considered necessary, independent of the price, to make you feel happy with the utensils.We also bought for your trip a new coffee machine that also was not included, for free.We did everything we could. And you never said a thank you and still complained daily about new little details...Based on it, your feedback actually is not real, and correct.Hope all the best for you and deeply sorry for some eventual details that was not perfect.

Wir hatten den besten Urlaub unseres bisherigen Lebens in Sonias Camper. Wir sind ein Ehepaar mit 2 Kindern (5&7 J.) und es war unsere erste camper-Erfahrung. Der Wagen ist sehr gemütlich und sehr praktisch ausgebaut, lässt sich auch sehr angenehm fahren. Sonia ist supercool, leider hatten wir keine gemeinsame Sprache, sonst hätte ich sie gern näher kennengelernt. Trotz der Sprachbarriere klappte aber die Wagenübergabe völlig problemlos. Ich würde den Wagen jederzeit wieder mieten.

Alles super gelaufen. Auch sehr hilfsbereit. Kann ich nur weiterempfehlen ;)

Everything was fine. The car is lovely furnished with everything you need. We even got a pick up at the airport and again a check out there as well. That was very kind and comfortable and Catalin and his friend are helpful in every way.

Ein sehr gutes Campingmobil, bestens geeignet für die steilen Berge von Teneriffa, wir haben die gesamte Insel umrundet, mal unten am Strand, mal oben in den Wäldern oder auf 2000 Höhenmetern in der Nähe vom Teide, für dieses Fahrzeug alles kein Problem. Man fällt mit dem Wohnmobil auch auf, die Leute die uns sahen liebten den Van, so auch wir. Jonathan stand uns als Vermieter stets als Kontakt für Rat und Tat zur Seite. Vielen Dank und bis zum nächsten Mal, den Camper mieten wir gern wieder.

Carlos war sehr höflich und hilfsbereit. Er hat sich die Zeit genommen und uns das Fahrzeug und seine Funktionen ausführlich erklärt und dazu noch ein paar Tips gegeben, die man nur von einem local bekommen kann. Wir hatten eine tolle Zeit und viel Spass mit dem Auto von Carlos. Jederzeit wieder!

We had a great time! Yaiza is very nice and helpful. The pick-up and the drop-off of the Van was uncomplicated. We had no problems driving the van around the island. Thank you really much! ☀️

Nuestro viaje con la autocaravana “Happy” de Roberto fue una experiencia FANTÁSTICA. La alquilemos para 4 noches con 4 personas (2 adultos y 2 hijos). Roberto nos trajo la autocaravana a nuestro apartamento y al final de nuestro viaje nos encontramos en el aeropuerto. GRACIAS por este servicio!! La autocaravana tiene buena batería y también suficiente agua para 4 días. Viajamos por toda la isla y siempre dormimos en sitios diferentes sin problema. La autocaravana fue muy limpia y bien equipada. También había café, azúcar, aceite, juegos de cartas, toallas y una diana. Fue nuestra primera estancia en una autocaravana y Roberto nos explicó todo muy bien. GRACIAS POR ESA EXPERIENCIA TAN INOLVIDABLE Y BUENA :-) :-)

Wir waren eine Woche mit Raquels Van unterwegs. Die Übergabe-Orte waren ideal. Es war eine schöne erste Erfahrung, mit einem Van zu reisen. Wir fanden die freundliche, gelbe Farbe toll. So war der Van auch immer gut zu finden. ;) Es wäre hilfreich, wenn es eine Anzeige gäbe, wieviel Frischwasser noch im Tank ist, da das nach Gefühl schwer einzuschätzen ist. Raquel war stets gut erreichbar und hat uns gute Tipps für unseren Aufenthalt gegeben. Vielen Dank! :)

Das Wohnmobil (fränki) von José hat uns eine Woche lang sehr treue Dienste erwiesen und uns die Möglichkeit gegeben ganz Teneriffa zu erkunden. Das Wohnmobil ist nicht mehr das neueste aber alles ist solide und nichts kaputt oder so.. einfach ein bisschen Patina ;) José ist ein Traum von einem Vermieter. Hat uns super tips für freie Stellplätze, Restaurants und Sehenswertes auf der Insel gegeben. Auch bei Fragen hat er umgehend reagiert. Die Abholung und das zurückgeben waren total problemlos und vom Flughafen ist das womo mit dem öffentlichen bus ziemlich schnell zu erreichen.

Alles war perfekt, gerne wieder 👍👍
